In order to maintain your membership you must attend at least one  per quarter. Sign in during the event.

Please fill out and submit this form if you have not done so during the Spring Quarter in order to be eligible for membership.
Due: Friday, April 6, 2007 to the HPA office.


PART I: Important Issues Covered at Membership Recognition Meeting
  • Membership requirements:

    • 1 event/quarter
  • Eligibility for leadership position
    • application available winter quarter
    • applicants will be interviewed and selected by committee of current returning board members
    • minimum qualifications: (more details will come winter quarter)
      • enthusiasm for PMSA
      • consistent attendance at multiple PMSA events
      • leadership skills demonstrated in previous activities
      • initiative and creativity demonstrated in previous activities
      • volunteering with the Board during Fall and Winter quarters (brownie points if you email us and let us know you are available and want to help out!)
